Oakland Youth Chorus youngest singers (grades K-5) will participate in today’s Oakland Holiday Parade. Singers meet at 1pm at the corner of Broadway and 10th and then we’ll go meet up with Mr Steve, PBS Kids personality, at the Aloha Float. Beginning at 2pm, the parade will start and OYC will sing and dance with Mr Steve all along the parade route, including singing his new song Recess Rocks for the television cameras. Come out and support OYC at the parade – give us a wave, cheer us on.
